Hi, My name is Rose, founder of Foxfinedining. My career as a chef has spanned over 20 years. From humble beginnings to working in Rosette restaurants in my native Peak District to 10 years at The Ivy in London, good food has always been my passion.

My focus is on sourcing the finest ingredients and crafting unforgettable dining experiences. 

My menus have been created from a desire to share quality cooking and farm-to-fork knowledge mixed with a little bit of down-to-earth northern goodness and foxy finesse.
